Lynne Hilderman, RMT

Lynne has been working in the alternative health industry since 2003. She is a visionary and has the ability to see the bigger picture. She sees the need for functionality and the need for on going care of our spaces both inside and out. She loves working with people and creating an environment that provides a space to enhance harmonization of all aspects of our well being.

She received her certificate in Massage Therapy from Mount Royal College, prior to that she specialized in engineering drafting working as a space planner and project manager.
Her personal areas of specialization are Massage Therapy, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Healing Touch, Mind Clearing and also Administration and Human Resources.

She chose to work in this field because she was always interested in mind body connection, the natural nature of our health and our innate wisdom to heal our bodies. She was introduced to massage therapy when she had the goal of running a marathon and 2 weeks before the race she hurt her low back. She was led to a Massage Therapist who changed her life and how she viewed it.

Since then she has delved into her body, it's aches, it's pains and it's voice, and how it teaches her more deeply about truth. Since then she has been led on a journey of self discovery and has been able to help herself and others along the way and she really looks forward to aiding you in your journey to wholeness.

She lives, works and plays in Calgary, Alberta with her husband/partner Kerry. They have three beautiful daughters Kaney, Lexi and Nikki. Her personal motto is "Live-Laugh-Learn-Love"

Some of her hobbies are Home making, music - playing violin, yoga, spending time in nature, travelling, exercising and moving my body thru time and space. She loves following her passion, studying new things, and being guided to interesting places.

Her favorite sports are running, and cycling of any sort. Swimming, skiing and anything outdoors are also deeply satisfying. She is a four time Ironman Canada Triathlon finisher and she has a deep appreciation for the dedication of time and commitment it takes to achieve our goals.

The things that make her feel most happy are the practice of surrendering to what already is and spending time in nature.
